1. Service overview
Poop Troop (PoopTroop LLC) provides residential and commercial dog waste removal services in Western, Central & Southern Maryland. Service is provided on a recurring or one-time basis as agreed at booking. As a one-person, owner-operated business, capacity is limited and scheduled by route day.
2. Scheduling & response
We confirm your first appointment within 24 hours of receiving your request. Recurring service is assigned to a regular route day. We do not guarantee same-day service. Weather, daylight, and route capacity may shift a visit to the next available route day.
3. Access to the property
The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the yard (gate codes, keys, or unlocked access). If access is not available on a scheduled visit, the visit may be skipped or rescheduled at our discretion.
4. Dogs & safety
Customers must disclose if a dog may be aggressive with strangers. We may reschedule or decline service if conditions are unsafe. Customers may authorize treats via the lead form. Every reasonable effort is made to keep your pets safe and comfortable.
5. Waste disposal
All waste is hauled off-site and disposed of in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Poop Troop does not deposit waste in the customer's trash receptacles.
6. Billing & payment
Residential recurring plans are billed monthly via Stripe subscription. One-time and commercial services are billed per agreement. We maintain the existing Stripe setup; current subscribers are not re-billed or migrated. Payment is due per the agreed schedule.
7. Cancellation
Recurring plans may be cancelled per the terms of your subscription. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust routes. One-time services are non-refundable once performed.
8. Health-watch notes
As a courtesy, our owner may flag and photograph anything unusual observed in the yard. These notes are informational only and do not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian.
9. Liability
Poop Troop is not liable for damage to property, landscaping, or pets beyond the scope of reasonable care during service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues not caused by our service.
